Postage Policy
Within the UK all units are sent either via Royal Mail recorded or Special delivery.
Outside the UK all delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail signed for and insured postal service.
If any order is lost in transit I will assume full responsibility and refund the full cost of the purchase.
All Items are packaged in bubble wrap, items that are in stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Items that are out of stock may take up to 8 weeks to deliver.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your puchase, send the item back within 5 working days of receipt via a signed for postal service un-damaged and in the original packing and I will refund the cost of the item less any postal charges incured by Wargames Den.
Any items lost in the post when returning them will be at your cost so I recommend that you insure them.

Q: Do you paint figures listed to order?
A: Figures that are out of stock are painted to order to the same level of detail. Picture of figures that are in stock are of the actual figures you will receive.
Q: If I order a unit that is "in stock" how long will it take to deliver?
A: Figures that are in stock are normally dispatched within 24 hours of payment, for the UK please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
Q: If I order a unit that is "out of stock" how long will it take to deliver?
A: Figures that I have waiting to be painted will take a maximum of 4 weeks to deliver. Figures that I have to order rom the supplier could take up to 8 weeks to deliver.
Q: If I order a unit that is out of stock can I specify the facing colours and base sizes.
A: Yes of course.
Q: What is the difference between your "Collectors" and "Super fine" standard?
A: Collectors standard figures have a slightly lower level of detail and shading compared to Super fine.
Q: What standard are the figures on your web site?
A: All the figures on my web site are painted to Collectors standard.
Q: Can you mix Collectors and Super fine standard figures in the same army?
A: Yes, they both have the same look and feel.
Q: How do you work out the price of your figures?
A: I use what I call TTP (time to paint), so the cost of the unit is TTP + the cost of the figures to buy.
Q: What base sizes do you use?
A: Infantry 10mm Wide x 15mm deep per figure, Cavalry 40mm wide x 30mm deep per 3 figures
Q: If I don’t like an item I have purchased can I return it?
A: Yes, as long as the figures have not been damaged or removed from their bases, see returns page.
Q: Are the uniforms authentic?
A: I have a large collection of books including Elting, Funcken, Osprey Histoire etc. I try to make all uniforms as authentic as possible although this can’t be guaranteed.
Q: Can you guarantee the same colour match if I want to buy figures over a long period of time?
A: Yes, I have a painting list for each unit they details the colours and paint effects used.
Q: Are the figures all original Eureka and AB figures
A: Yes, all figures are puchased from fighting 15's the official reseller of Eureka and AB figures.
Q: Can you rebase the unit to my requirements?
A: Yes, I will rebase any unit to your required dimensions for an additional £7. Style of basing will be the same as in the photo's
